Service Description

This high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to maximize results in just 30 minutes! This fast-paced, full-body workout blends strength, cardio, and endurance movements to keep your heart rate high and muscles engaged. Expect a mix of bodyweight exercises, functional strength movements, and explosive cardio drills with also using weights. Each session features short bursts of intense exercise followed by brief recovery periods, helping you burn calories, build lean muscle, and boost metabolism—all in half an hour!
