Service Description

Guided by a certified instructor, attendees will engage in slow, deliberate stretches aimed at releasing tight muscles and increasing range of motion. Each session focuses progressive sequence of poses that build strength, flexibility, and balance, including calisthenics. Flowing from one posture to the next with grace and intention, students will cultivate mindfulness, focus, and a deeper sense of presence with emphasis on breath awareness.
